Once you have done that, if you’re still interested in proceeding, please do the following:
1. If you have not yet made phone contact with our office, feel free to contact us and schedule an appointment for a consultation.
2. Call your insurance company and find out if you have surgical weight loss benefits. If not, we would be happy to talk to you about self pay and financing options.
